The importance of core strength cannot be emphasized enough. Core strength focuses on the major muscles that helps stabilize and support all of the body movements including the back and the deep abdominal muscles. Having a strong core can help alleviate and prevent back pain. Additionally, since all the major muscle groups are exercised, the muscle tone, strength and endurance are also improved resulting in increased flexibility, stability and resistance. A popular tool for core strength training is the stability ball. Also known as a physioball or a Swiss Ball, it was originally used in rehabilitation as early as the 1900’s. In the early 1960’s, Aquilino Cosani, an Italian toy maker, made the ball and sold it, known then as the Gymnastik. Two decades later, Cosani came up with a company called Gymnic and became the major supplier of the stability ball to most rehabilitation programs and centers. The ball then shifted from the rehabilitation to the athletic area in the 90’s. It was used to condition the body of professional athletes. Since then it has become very prominent in the fitness community.

Fitness experts say that using a stability ball is ne of the best ways to strengthen the abs and back and increase stability. As you try to gain the proper balance, the alignment of the body parts is also improved.

Le nostre vite sono sempre caotiche e piene di impegni. Il lavoro e tutti gli impegni ad esso correlati ci portano via quasi tutto il nostro tempo.

Eppure noi non siamo fatti solo per lavorare, e una vita fatta solo di lavoro non ? una vita completa, lo avvertiamo tutti i giorni quando arriviamo a casa la sera stremati dagli impegni e dallo stress da ufficio.

L’uomo non ? fatto solo per lavorare, ma anche per pensare, divertirsi, creare, godersi le bellezze che la vita ci offre. Proprio per questo motivo ? di fondamentale importanza crearsi i proprio spazi, i propri tempi, dei momenti in cui ci dedichiamo a noi stessi, a prenderci cura del nostro corpo e della nostra mente.
Dei momenti e dei luoghi in cui rilassarci, scaricare le tensioni e recuperare la serenit? per andare avanti al meglio nella nostra vita.

Dentro questi club si pu? trovare anche per esempio una ludoteca Padova, un luogo dove rilassarsi “giocando” ma anche scaricare lo stress accumulato e ricaricare le energie. Infatti non dobbiamo sottovalutare l’importanza della dimensione ludica nella nostra vita, anche se siamo ormai adulti e non giochiamo pi? con bambole o soldatini, ci sono altre attivit? che possiamo fare, come per esempio i giochi di societ?. Questi non solo sono utili per stimolare il nostro cervello a mantenersi sempre sveglio ed attivo, ma anche per socializzare con altre persone e passare piacevoli momenti di divertimento.
