How fit are you? 80 percent? 90 percent? Most people don’t even know the answer to this question. I say “don’t know” because they might say they are but the truth is, they’re not. When worst comes to worst, they might say they’re not but they are. From the second sentence, we can fathom two things: one, they are not confident to say the truth; or two, they don’t have any clue if they are really.

Honestly speaking, we are the only ones if we are truly fit or not. We know ourselves better than anybody else. Our own actions and habits give us clues as to our fitness. To help us gauge our fitness level, fitness classes are everywhere. That’s the law of economics, our demand for fitness is being met by the abundant supply of fitness classes.

The idea of fitness classes may be a goner since its popularity plummeted after the introduction of newer technologies. Why so? Because nobody seems to do the “real thing” anymore, they are more comfortable playing video games, exercising their fingers on the keyboard, etc under the pretense that these activities are already exercises and walking in between these entertaining moments keep them fit. Then comes the day when they’ve discovered that they are already struggling for breath after walking for a few minutes, their cholesterol level has increased and they’ve gained a few more pounds. A future with all these complexities is not the kind of tomorrow you’re looking forward too.

But worry no more, fitness classes can aide you stand up and shine once more. Fitness classes are designed to help you gain a feeling of well-being. Not only that, due to the inclusion of upbeat music; you even tend to forget that you are working out because you will be having so much fun – great moves, music and coaching. This is way more interactive than those online or computer games you love, nor that great TV series.
Fitness classes instructors also help you exercise properly, safely and effectively. No more strained muscles that would hurt the morning after.

The best way about fitness classes is that these are also social activities because the more frequent you attend the lessons, the more friends you gain. The frequency and number of classes offered also help you attend regularly because it easily fits your schedule. Most fitness classes do it this way because they value their clients so much that they are the ones who adjust to the very hectic schedules of more clients.

If you still are undecided, one other option is if you try a cardio exercise training. A cardio exercise training is focused on the major muscle groups to tone the body and improve the strength of the heart muscles. Such training also boosts the energy level since the body slowly adapts to the strenous physical activity. It’s like pushing yourself to the limit. Also, it increasing your metabolism rate. This signifies more calories converted into energy thereby effectively losing weight.

Whether you opt to go for fitness classes or a cardio exercise training, it really depends on you. The bottom line is: you get to know how fit you really are.
