Making your butt bigger is something that most women think is impossible to do. Especially when they’re not sure what to do. It’s actually simple, once you know how to do it. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips on how to make your butt bigger.

That way, you’ll have sexy curves and booty that guys will love.

The tips on making your booty bigger are:

1. The first thing you should do if you want to make your butt bigger is do fitness exercises. This includes doing exercises like kickboxing, aerobics, pilates, jogging on an inclined treadmill, and doing the stair master. To get great results from these exercises, make sure you do them at least 2 times a week.

2. Another tip on how to make your butt bigger is to eat small, healthy meals. This will help you with your booty and help you keep you tummy lean and toned. Some of the foods that you should eat includes whole wheat breads, whole wheat pastas, lean meats, veggies, fruits, and lean fish. Make sure you eat every two to three hours.

3. The third thing you can do to make your butt bigger is do weight training exercises. Some of the weight training exercises that you should be doing are squats, lunges, leg presses, leg curls, and leg extensions. A few other exercises that you can do that doesn’t require weights are step-ups, glute knee-ups, and frog squats. You should do these exercises 2 or 3 times a week.
