Take the bottles in your hands, raise them up and them let them go down. Repeat this movement for a couple of times. The stairs can also be used n your fat burning exercise strategy. If you go up and down the stairs at least four or five times a day you will see dramatic improvements in the way your body looks. You will be fitter, thinner and feel more at ease with the way your body looks like.

There is no reason for you to delay starting exercising. If you really want to burn that fat and have a good looking body you should go ahead and transform your house in your gym for at least two times a week. Be inventive and always look for items and places which can serve your purpose. You will be amazed to see how your house can become an ally in your fight against fat. There is no need to look for expensive exercise machines or spend your money on useless diets.

Making exercise at home is convenient because you do not have to go anywhere where you could feel ashamed with the way you look and you will still be able to cook the meal for your family in due time. You can even involve your children and partner in your activities, thus bringing the family closer together and determining them to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Think about it, the more people with these activities you have around you the more determined you will be and the more seriously you will take it.
